Sedar Activity Couple of bits of news, the start of the expected avalanche!
1. Location of the AGM has been determined. Bell's phone booth inventory has dwindled, no location was available other than high traffic areas, and The Dream Team would prefer to go unnoticed. I believe the location chosen is the same as last year - so will definitely handle a crowd of five. As can be expected from this group known for pre-planning, the Catering Committee [which doubles as the Compensation Committee] has committed to a hors d'oeuvres and refreshment budget 500% in excess of reasonable - 2 buckets of KFC Hot Wings and 5 litres of Pepsi. At the suggestion of a shareholder from the BC inferior, the meeting will be shorter this year - discussion of prior events will not be tolerated.
2. The Dream Team will remain intact. Those concerned that ISM may lose some of its stars to other conglomerates based in the centre of the universe can breathe a sigh of relief. The Management Information Circular and Proxy information indicates the entire team will return for the next season! Other tidbits from the Circular include information on the salary cap applied to the top executives of the Team. There is also an interesting graph confirming aatozz/doingthejob's high ranking of management for capital preservation. Anyone that invested $100 in this conglomerate five years ago, still has $4.84 - some of his capital has been preserved. The TSX/S&P Composite Index would have preserved $92.61. So ISM is not near top spot in the share performance sweepstakes - but neither were the Leafs, Blue Jays, Raptors, or Argonauts near top spot. These teams all had some management shuffles and its hasn't worked. ISM is sticking with experience - not good experience, but experience.
The next Sedar update?
News Release on the unveiling of an updated NI43-101? First quarter Financial Statements and MD&A?
I'll bet on the latter. In fact it wouldn't surprise me if Second Quarter statements and MD&A come out before the updated NI43-101.
