it's been a while since i've seen such a rookie pump on behave of mngt.sad thing is -prolly works(ed).

ain't bashing or trying to pick up cheapies.

outfits like this p me off plain and simple.these are the kind of people that take advantage of everything that is good here and end up hosing everyone(imho).

so tell me-if my neighbor mows his lawn,will my house be worth more?or only if i can suck someone in to think it is?

don't mind me-got a thing on for professional directors and slick handed suits and people that never actually worked for their money.

stay smart my friends and enjoy an early spring.
