I am starting to catch onto this game....what is happening in my opinion is the results are already known and a PP is in the works. once the PP is worked out then the results will be announced and a short time later the pp will also come out.

There are quite a few large blocks being dumped.....the pp will likely be around the 6-7 cent range....so they are taking a profit and will get back in with the pp.
