I'm agreeing with EIOM on this one. Salida has to be buying for a reason and forcing liquidation of the company will allow them to make a 50% return a few months. Worst case scenario is we end up with the 10 cent dividend and have shares of a company worth 10 cents a share.

I was holding out for getting the shares at 13 cents for the past 2 months, but no luck. Probably means they will go to 12 cents tomorrow.
