bunje - perhaps...but perhaps the weakness leading up to the announcement was the brokerage house selling higher priced stock in the 90s and 80s to buy back in at 75...from my experience these guys dont like to hold much stock....so either way, the warrants likely caused some selling and weakness.

the selling now smells like it has the past 2 times we have dropped in to the low 80s high 70s....a mix of capitulation and for sure some fund managers wanting to get this off their books before quarter end at the end of the month....when you run a fund it is hard to explain to the managing director why you continue to hold something that is down 20-40% depending on when you bought in...better not to have it in your line items.

here's hoping the volume keeps up and the sellers get taken out quickly.
