Jim is managing the budget and the project by setting the priorities therefore the company is doing at this time what it is doing, the captain is steering the ship.

I feel pretty confident on his actions and MGP does not have unlimited funds to operate all the ongoing projects the way some SH would like it to.

Lets wait for March 20 closing of the financing to show that he has the support from most professional Investors, once that is happening the confidence level will increase and if there is still any doubts about his way of managing the project it is the investors choice to take action against management at the next annual meeting.

At the present it is not very easy to rise funds for this kind of Investment and if he can pull this thorough the more credit for him.

Lets give him the chance to prove to all investors that he is making the right decisions, once the verdict is out everybody is smarter and can deal with the facts. In the meantime if tension is getting too much to handle just sell and get out of it.
