Summary Of AGM..

Bad news first... They will need financing. Marketing and advertising is expressive. He even mentioned there were few bankers presents in AGM.

Good news:

Sales are picking up.

Last quarter sales numbers are beast in 12 years.

They will launch cloud interface by mid 2012.

Will built a database physician can access.

Main target is family physicians not dermatologist 250k is there in usa alone. 

One time sale sale of device will follow by recurrent fees per patient + yearly licensing fee for doctors.-- Thats the goal, we are not there yet

He said he don't like the share price would like to see 1 before it....
