Your post makes me curious to find out why you think $14 would represent a potential bottom. I am assuming that you are using some fundamental analysis for this, as my technical take brings the possibility lower than that.

How about this for a scenario .....VT gets taken into the fold of a much bigger entity who has the firepower to be far more competitive on pricing, thus eroding AGT's profit margin....and putting pressure on their already debt laden balance sheet.

Just to play devil's advocate here......still have my 1/3 position, in case anyone thinks I am bashing.
