RE: sec wages

RE: sec wages

What a delightful screen handle you have.

Hearty congratulations on your sixth Stockhouse in ten years. Did you get time off for good behaviour?

Mistake One: don't believe anything you read in the BLUE circular.

Mistake Two: No Baja secretary makes more the the PM. I am aware that the remuneration of our Vice-President -- Administration is what it is and that is as it should be. The comparison with Harper's salary is a reflection upon what Harper is worth.

Mistake Three: If the Board of Directors is supported by the shareholders, there can be no shame. It is called good corporate governance. Where I come from it is also called democracy.

Mistake Four:  The mine may not be producing any income but the parent company (Baja Mining) is producing revenue/gains. Read the 2011 Q3 Interim Consolidated Financial Statements (it is in English). For the 3 months ending Sept. 30, 2011 we had a foreign exchange gain of US $18,023,000 and an adjustment of derivative instruments (revenue/gain)  of US $64,889,000.

Sorry cowpox but three strikes and you're out. In the alternative, if not out then surely you are way way out in left field. Better luck next time. If there is a next time.  Best not to press your luck. I may not be so nice next time.
