 how much stock are we worth is the elephant in the room today, im not against being bought out but only getting screwed over and told to wait another 2 to 5 years while rome and the rest of the financial world turns to ash. if tmax would man up at a buck or so per share or issue shares of tmax value at a buck or so most would be on board. that 75 mm in cash could easily get burned up on the osz so i see stock as the way to go, a shelf of 40mm tmax shares.
