RE: How do you come to this acceptance its very easy to come up with this number...because of production of 250k moving upwards to 500k in 3 years time, cash flow generation, almost 10 million ounces in reserves...valuation is easily over 3 billion $...currently trading for 1.5 billion $....if u compare this to the redback mining trade...this is trading for peanuts...kinross paid 7 billion $ for that.. i think this is a much better investment then redback was because of the share price.
just browsed through the financial statement...these guys generated over 122 million $ in net profit....thats just speaks volume....revenues were almost 400 million last year...and no debt...i think its too cheap to ignore here..and just added to my position at 5.40 here..
