A company with 100 mill shares outstanding selling for $100 per share would be a better bargain right?

Because they have fewer number of shares outstanding, following your logic of fewer shares outstanding is better.

Look at the market capitalization number is all you need to do. SND price is still near the amount of cash they raised.
