I agree with both of your points, however it is crazy to think that a statement about the selloff would not be well received.    Without digging into the details of the sell off, potential new investors see a 50% drop in SP on no news from the company and they clearly believe that something negative within the operations has happened.  I understand that is part of the DD process but there is also a responsibiity to the company to be a good stewards to its shareholders and promote that with transperency in the good and bad times.

Why was nobody willing to sell at $.22 last week and all of a sudden its moving 500k shares at half of that?  Its because people have not been informed and are getting scared by the trend.

Ideally sales is the answer as you mentioned but its crazy to have no statement about this in my opinion.  I certainly respect both of your statments.
