Labs must have leaked results

I have traded this stock a few times but don't really want to hold any rare earth stocks long term. I know assays are pending but come on, IIROC or the company has to halt this. Average 3month volume is like 50k shares and this hasn't traded over 250k shares in 3-4 months.
