News Release from Yesterday

News Release from Yesterday

Yesterday's news release was very interesting but not so much in regards to the official closing of the $5 million CD.  Of course it is nice to see this finally put behind us but this is the line which caught my attention:

The Company also wishes to inform shareholders that in the near future it will provide updates on the progress of its feasibility study, its intended summer programs, and any partnering initiatives relating to both its Copper-Nickel and Tuktu iron ore projects.

So we know there is a FS coming give or take a couple of weeks. As shareholders we want to understand what the summer program is going to look like and we will be informed of this.  What really has me excited it the potential partnering initiatives around West Melville and Tuktu.  Let's not forget that Vale staked quite a bit of claims last year and we all know that Vale has deep pockets.  I'm not suggesting a potential partnering opportunity between the two but I would venture that Vale has already mapped out their plans for what they want to do up in WM this summer.  As for Tuktu, I'll be intrested to see if this brings in more dollars to the cofers of AXI as we await the final JV signing between Xinxing and AXI on RB....should be an interesting couple of weeks.
