Closing Costs + Apology

Closing Costs + Apology

My apologies to Gmon who had posted that they still have to make a payment of 11.5 million. That is a very close reality.... The number really is close to that amount even after the 3 million has been paid.( That was only an interim amount) I have asked Don for the exact amount.... If you look at the original acquisition NR from July 23/2010 it states that they have to issue 28,702,353 shares and pay $13,492,000....

So that answers the question of the needed more financing... Looks like they still have a pile of cash to raise in the next 6 weeks and they also still have to transfer 19,702,353 shares on closing....

Seems like a huge feat to complete in 6 weeks or will we see yet another extension to the agreement ??

Questions are 1) How much cash do we have in treasury 2) How much more do we need to raise to complete by the deadline 3) How much do we need to raise to move this forward ?

And the big one.... Will they get this all done by April 23rd ??

Can definitely see why the share price is where it is....

Comments ???
