vindaloo; Are you sure that TLM are still on the hook for the Kurdamir payment? It was my understanding that their inability / unwillingness to pay this amount was the proximate cause of the Block 44 split leaving TLM out of the Southern prospects. Thus leaving the KRG to re-sell the Garmian BIRs. Due imminently I understand.
