HRG buyout options ???

So Nord wants to but us out without it costing them to much money.  We want more value for our shares.  This means we do not want a share swap based on Nords and HRG current valuations.  They are not going to offer a cash deal that would make most of us happy.

If we could actually purpose a solution to Nord what would be the best for us that they would likely consider?

I would be happy with them buying out the Prognoz partner with HRG dollars and then drilling Prognoz to prove more resources.  I would also be ok with them using HRG money to buy other properties / mines (I believe we will have back in rights to some GOD properties).  These things would however just make HRG more valuable and even less liekly that we would get fair value from Nord (hence the reason they are not doing any of these things)

I'ld be intrested in hearing some options for a Nord buyout that both side may actually consider.
