K; I hear you and know how it works. However, as I said - anyone within miles will see the flare but it means nothing. What does mean something is the liquid ( if any ) volumes and quality. That is much more difficult to find out in such an open and remote location with the ( non-Western often ) test crew and senior management the only people in the know. It can be and often is hermetic in Kurdistan. It is not a North American environment.
