RE: RE: Number of Units in Canada

RE: RE: Number of Units in Canada

I forgot to include the revenue sharing from the TIPS.

Assuming 10 patients per week for each unit sold.  Ie. 10 Tips at $10/tip = $ 100/wk/unit X 200units = $20K/wk.

Cost to manufacture and distribute = $ 2/ tip

Discount to Clarion = $ 2.4 ( 30% 10-2=$8/tip) rounded off to $ 2.50/tip

Bottom line = $ 10 - $ 4.5 = $ 5.5/tip x 10 tips/unit/wk x 200 units( when all 200 are in the field and working) = $ 11,000/wk to Verisante Technologies.

$11K x 52 wks = $ 572 K CDN / 65 Million shares = 0.9 cents per FD share + 4.6 cents = 5.5 cents/FD share

Based on a PE of 20 VRS should be trading at around $ 1.10/FD share.

IMO.
