Cormark used to be Sprott Secutiries.  They are a spinoff from the bigger Sprott Asset Management.  Cormark probably does some buying for Sprott Asset Mgt. thru Cormark's institutional guy.   

 

Additionally, keep in mind that Cormark does lots of wealth managementfor individuals, so they are buying for the big boys and the rich boys, too.
