Why is this so quick?  Wi-Lan has to wait around for 3 years for their litigations.  It can't just be the juristiction....I would have hoped Wi-Lan would have thought of this and that's the reason they moved the RIM litigation to Florida.  Is it because there is only one defendent?   Any thoughts for you legal-types?
