Thats exactly what i'm talking about,we're suposed to be spudding Mani 1 on May 1st. We were clearing the site a month ago!........whats the hold up?............is it not possible to do two things at once?.......is this late permit going to put us into 2013 before we bring another well online...... someone has to find a way to fast track this permit system.OK i feel much better NOW!!! LOL.........But really, do things always move this slow? And will this be typical, or is someone going through a learning curve.(other than myself)??
