RE:RE: Why the Company is Right to Name & Shame Nicely stated and definitely one of the more thoughtful compositions to be posted to the INT board in a while, particularly the observation about the correlation between INT's reputation and its ability to attract high caliber talent, and its ability to be taken seriously when negotiating contracts. I for one am delighted with the action INT has taken to demonstrate they are serious about their reputation, also, the legal action may engender a modicum of civility on SH boards as posters think twice before making libelous remarks. What the company realizes, and I think many posters forget, is that SH posts often show in Google searches, with the result that slanderous remarks are not confined to the SH board to which they are posted, and hence become a part of the general information cloud that envelopes the company.
