RE: Assumptions

RE: Assumptions

"The less we can get: .11c

We might get: .19c

Best case: .26c"

Correct

"Is there any possibility that another company steps in for the purchase and create a bidding war?"

NO .. managment blocked all other offers untill this offer is voted on.

"What is the chance that either of the bidder increase their bid?"

IMO next to none, they will take control of this company by buying it "as is" or letting it crumble.  The note holders are hedged eather way.

qoute from village... “First Uranium will either collapse or not collapse now. If it collapses now then the whole thing falls apart and we are well secured and we end up with a significant stake, like 30 to 40% of Mine Waste Solutions with the other note holders and we’ve got a profitable business” said Swanepoel confidently.

“It is nice but hardly the perfect sort of outcome” he hastened to add.
