I agree that there is significant risk to the downside given the current US economic outlook and pipeline constraints. Canada needs to access Asian markets. Could CN and Altex’s PipelineOnRail provide an interim solution to the problem with pipeline capacity?

Diverting some of the bitumen away from the pipeline would make room for light crude. Perhaps rail could be used to access the west coast and Asian markets as well.
