RE: - Plans Announced for 2012

"Following review of the CPD the Water Board will prepare a work plan for the permitting and licensing process. It is expected that the work plan will include review and comment of the CPD, a technical session, a public hearing and a final review of the draft Land Use Permits and Water Licence terms and conditions. It is uncertain, at this time, how long this final stage permitting process will take to complete."

This last comment, in a nut shell, is what the company and we as shareholders are up against. The company gets to spend all kinds of money on all kinds of extra reports without even knowing a government time line.  Who in their right mine would spend money without knowing when their going to get an answer or atleast know what direction they would be heading? No not even public employee's would do that but they expect mining companies and its shareholders to keep on dishing out big $$$ without even knowing if there on the putting green yet. Something has got to change in the way government organizations treat  a company going through permitting and licensing. It's just not right expecting companies to be putting all this effort and spending all this money without even knowing where the goal posts are!
