oil are sold base on Brent price. The principle is if the field get export we will sell it at brent price. Then we have to pay for all taxes...... At today bent price the netback for oil exported after paying taxes is around $25 per barrel (confirm today by MXP).
For domestic oil it is sold at 50% of oil price biut then there is not taxes, According to MXP netback for domestic oil is around $22 per barrel
Yep the NG that will be sold in the summer of next year on the Kazak-chinese pipeline will be sold at around $7per mcf (3.5 times the price of US). This will be a cash machine because it cost us
.8 per mcf to extract it.
The more I look at it the more I am bullish. We just need news now. I don't underdtand why he doesn't update us. When we have news we can move up to $1.5 then we raise $50MM then we accelrate the program. There is so much to do on the Kaza (Doris, Kalypso) and Tajik assets........
