Impossible to know which comes first now, but bought some "bobby booyah" shares at just under $1.02 today.  By the way, I thought it was a great idea to release the good news from UMU-9 before announcing Shell offtake agreement; that demonstrates strategic thinking on part of Wade or BoD or an astute Nigerian Umusadege JV partner, or the government official (who sign off and wants to profit from his Mart shares).
