RE: Logic I agree with everyone, or most people that we need to achieve vertical integration of water handling inorder to maintian and expand our dominance. I also agree with the earlier poster who said that Greenhunter and Heckmann have eliminated themselves, or at least distracted themselves with odd purchases. So that leaves Ridgeline and Purestream as two comparable water cleaning companies set up for mobile cleaning. Ridgeline is in bed big time with EOG. So for whatever reason there equipment for the foreseeable future will not be rolled out to the general public but used extensively, if not exclusively by EOG. This is great for Ridgeline but not great for us if we acquired them. Purestream on the other hand has been used by ONR so management would have first hand knowledge of how well it works, which they don't have for RLE. Also the CEO of Purestream is on our board which indicates a mutual interest to me. Lastly Purestream as a private company will eventually need a liquidity event to satisfy shareholders. What better liquidity event then pairing with the leader in fluid storage and a company that you know very well and have worked with? Who know's maybe PSN has a different strategy planned and they are very smart but it just makes way to much sense for use to not buy them.
