cost of mine and ease of extracting resources i believe bottom line on the sale is 9m oz. at $150 an ounce.
that comes to $1350m and then the proud new owner will have to fork out another $400m for a new mine. Dang, who knew these mines cost so much! so now we divide that by 9m ozs again and we get a price of 194.50 oz au.
so as a previous poster mentioned figures of 115 & 150 an oz sale price, i figure it will be a hard fought battle in banging out this price. the seller wants 150 and the buyer doesnt want to pay more than 150 so there will be some intense negotiation on this aditional cost of 44 bucks an oz.
150 bucks an oz will be rougly 3 bucks a share for us. if a deal is met halfway, is about 2.70ish. would you accept $2.70 monday morning?
i am not a geoloist (only some fool, who acted on on "hot stock tip")so I ask those who know, how easy is it to get the gold out of the ground in the finds they have. i remember reading, they said there was visible gold in the mines, which i would assume as being pretty dang easy on getting this out. as this point of the ease of extracting the resources is very pertinent to the buyer we may in factl have a surprise bonus on the sale if this case of visible gold indicates ease of extraction.
look forward to hearing from any geologists out there
