Assuming a stable open to the market Monday , the base will form, so jump in while you have a great opportunity , the cordero project will only increase in value

Notice the Insiders are not selling , they are probably scratching there heads w/ the current down trend ,all the news has been positive and the trend will reverse w/ this new base forming ( its way undervalued at this level even if sold to a "" realestate developer "
