hard working, but " stupid" in business.Just repeating a line from a previous post because it is so relevant to the situation share holders are now faced with. The failure to sell VAT two years ago when it still held some real value and using the proceeds to finance the ongoing PC project, but instead diluting  our shares was a very poor decision on the part of management.Share holders have the right and an obligation to suggest that management needs to review it's performance record, and implement changes to right this ship before it slips into a sea of red ink. It is obvious this stock is in trouble and changes must be made, quickly!

To  the brown nosers and apoligists who are sure to rush to the defence of this management team,save your breath,you you don't have the best interest of share holders and their investment at heart. JMO.
