My impression from the announcement was that the "debt" would be held by "tax equity" investors so any change in the tax benefits would be their risk and not AT's.

On the other hand it looks like there is a big short position that equals 14 days of trading or something like 5% of the float. Either they know something we don't or they will help bring the price up with a squeeze if that happens.

On the positive side there are plenty of companies like NGG, NZT, and IDT who have a much higher payout ratio than AT.

On the negative side it looks like P/S of AT is on the high side of around 3 based on projected sales of 600 million for the year.

Any thoughts?
