RE: RE: SHARES OUTSTANDING

RE: RE: SHARES OUTSTANDING

Hey Inshula,

I talked to KWG IR about this...if the vote passes, then there is a requirement for a minimum number of shareholders (not shares) to actually do the conversion, for the new consolidated shares to be listed on the exchange...it is expected that this whole process (conversion and listing) will take a few months.

IMHO during those few months, word will get out to the institutional buyers...when the consolidated shares are finally listed, the anticipation and possibly the SP, will have been subjected to the Ont Gov bubject (27 Mar), the Fed budget (29 Mar), the new partnership (01 Apr) and possibly other material news from KWG or Cliffs (god knows there are a number of them that we are waiting for...not to mention the margin space created by the consoliadted shares.

It's my impression that this will be enough to create some buying pressure and as such the SP of both the consolidated and common shares.

Good luck to you and all KWG longs

Pear3 out!
