LSG SOLD the NSR.... If the price was fair lsg's worth is the same afterwards as before.

Indeed it may be worth more with the proceeds of the NSR on hand. The TD analyst had this to say :

"....and near-term liquidity concerns resolved through the Franco-Nevada transaction, we believe that Lake Shore is now well-positioned to execute on its planned operational turnaround."
