Once KRG approves the deal and the money is deposited into LFD account. Salida would send proxy materials to shareholders to vote on their plan to fully liquidate this from this sheeiiiiity management.

If they secure up to 90% of the vote, LFD would be lquidated and the cash send back to shareholders.

Remember, it is te shareholders tha own the company and LFD mnagement does not have a controlling stake in it. Though they would walk out with good pay. Stan Bharti would get around $1.6 million while the CEO Ahmed would get around $900,000 and the rest would pocket around $1 million.

The balance of around 20 cents per share would be returned to shareholders ad LFD would be delisted from TSXV.
