RE: 50:1...you proved it!

Hey RAZMOT

In you attempt to prove the case against the 50:1 conversion, you actually prove the opposite.

You were absolutely right in saying that institutional buyers don't look at the price of the stock to make their decision to buy, they use fundamentals and material infomation...and they are confined by the investment rules of their fund or their employer, depending on the risk profile that they are ALLOWED to assume.

If you voted against, then you are confortable with the FACT that institutional buyers will never have access to the penny stock that you own, and thus are comfortable with the ODDS that demand for your stock will not increase ...nor will the price of it in any significant manner...in the scenario that you support, you are wishing that someone will buy you out...in the 50:1 scenario, the management of KWG have devised a plan through which they can pressure a potential buyer to accelerate their buy-out plans in order to save themselves time, money and the possible loss of the opportunity, if some other buyer were to step in...

Good luck to all KWG longs

Pear3 out!
