Shouldn't any activity like that still be reported on sedi/canadian insider?

 

I mean for the past 2 weeks there has been insider buys (but no sells, if they are just cross trading). But even after the 5 day reporting timeframe nothing is reported. Is there some loophole that lets companies do this?
