I believe this was specifically done to recognize David Hatchette's options when he was forced to resign. If you know the history was one of the only two people who kept the dream alive in 2004 by agreeing to sit on the Board. Frankly he deserves to be allowed to keep his options for a year. As for the rest of them, good riddance.
