RE: Cliff's Strategy...valuation!!!

RE: Cliff's Strategy...valuation!!!

Hey Oscarsdad,

To my knowledge, Cliffs is still obligated to come in with a friendly offer or initiate a valuation of the company...they still own between 16 and 17% of KWG.   In 2010, valuations ranged between .27 to .35 per share.  Now we have to also consider the PEA which has priced KWG at $2.95 to $4.78, with the RR, smelter and mine in place.

This latest news might be the flake take starts the snowball down the hill...I am confident that when arguments come out comparing road vs rail, the ministry will have to support the more environmentally conscious option which is rail...short local off-shoot roads can follow.  I wonder why they didn't wait for the Ont budget on the 27th and the Fed budget on the 29th...HHmmmmm!!

Good luck to all KWG longs

Pear3 out!
