TSX decline and Obama

TSX decline and Obama

I have been emphasising the Venture exchange board as continuing flat to red where these stocks reside. However the senior TSX board is also in decline recently a sure sign of the upcoming summer doldrums. Like the early spring in North America has stimulated trading minds and are turning to cash positions and thoughts of spring foliage and summer frolic are starting to take hold.

For those new to summer markets or unfamiliar with summer doldrums it is vacation time for many who also execute your trades. You can still execute your trades in a timely fashion but market participation slows and market volumes drop and usually stock prices stagnate.

I am NOT an Obama fan as I feel he has been clueless to his energy policies and knew that the moment he took office. He is taking credit for the U.S. market rebuild but in my opinion the United States was already at rock bottom. IMO no where from there but up! A monkey would have had the same results. Unfortunately Republicans don’t have much material to work with either. Having said that I believe the U.S is still on a slow up trend. It may take awhile but consumerism is starting to grow in the red white and blue.
