RE: RE: RE: Cliff's Chromite Road

I talked to Mark at KWG this morning...he confirmed that Cliffs had previously asked to use the corridor, but KWG refused...so now they are going the political way to try to win a commisioner's decision in their favour.  KWG is very confident of their legal position...

My good twin Le Penseur put this out on AGora this AM...

I have confirmed from KWG that they feel very confident in opposing Cliffs application for easement. They have been advise on the matter, by the very lawyers who were involved in wrting the new mining act. This law firm has confirmed that Cliffs will not be getting the easement.

Additionally, KWG has confirmed for me that Cliffs is considered an insider and that the denial of the easement, my well be the issue that forces Cliffs to come to the negotiation table...moir to follow.

Sounds good to me and reassuring that Cliffs might have to do like Churchill once said: "everyone eventually does the right thing...after they have eliminated all other option"

Good luck to all KWG longs

Pear3 out!
