1- the stock has moved from 88 cents to 1.60 only on internet hype and romours, and a couple of updates by the company, so this is a 80% move by hype so management only needs 20% to move the stock to 2 dollars and what is that going to be? Press Release or update after they reach 2700 metres casing and electrical logging
I think the company will push the stock to 2 dollars and keep it there for 30 days if they dont push the stock to 2 dollars and the drill results come out to be a dust the stock will sink.and they didnt get there 68 million dollars to continue funding there activities.
so based on this rationale, if my theory is correct the stock should hit 2 plus before the drill results.
Africa oil corp used this same extrategy capital raising in 2010 to continue funding there activities
