RE:Jobs Will Be created for those who who want them at the ajax mine. Training programs are available for those who want to take advantage of the opportunity provided by the start up of this project.Frankly, your supposition that there are few people qualified to work at Ajax and therefore by inference,it should not proceed with the project is nonsensical, and insulting to the unemployed in this area. Sorry about your choice of buying a home in an established mining district but you should understand real estate is all about location and as such requires D/D by the purchaser, you can't expect too much sympathy from anyone if you failed to do that. However, do not dispair, there were no complaints in Kamloops of noise or dust during the years of open pit mining that took place in the last forty or so years, and is quietly going on right now.New Gold has been developing its mine for the past 3-4 yrs and will go into production shortly. NGD shares a border with Ajax, yet we never hear any objections to the development of that project, perhaps it's because the blasting that has been going on underground has gone on unoticed. The same could be said for the dust that all that scraping and digging for the construction facilities required, no one noticed!! I have nothing against homeowners like you Frank, just wish you would quit whining about the Ajax project when your concerns are not validated.
