As 40% stockholder it is unlikely that Antofagasta isn't involved in this new move.

It is amazing how the market gets manipulated on the downside by "insiders" just before positive news. I saw the same thing recently on another of my stocks (OMER) a couple of days before they announced positive Phase 3 biomed test results.

One has to wonder whether the SEC is any use at all other than requiring the publication of incomprehensible reports. I think not.
