You know dam well that you're lying in the above statement, but the fruit don't fall far from the tree, right?
Sedi shows that the Dykes family bought 150,000 shares in the open market in August, 2005; that 325,000 shares were acquired by way of PP participations in March, 2009; and that another 325,000 were acquired by way of PP warrents conversions in February, 2011.
That's 800,000 shares that Dykes paid cold, hard cash for.
The chief executive officer reported no share purchases during the above period.
