Both good points Nine.  Moreover were such the case it would border on fraud if not disclosed to the party {parties?} that bought the recent private placement, partially under that guise,  per the news release (sic).

 

Incidently, who are those parties?  Where are they?  Why are they silent, perhaps our copper monger is one{?}.

That investment is presently in the tank amid the sounds of silence.  One more fact an investor is, under proper circumstances, entitled to know......who the investors in his company are.

 

There's gold for someone in them there hills...
