RE: RE: RE: Erco - Other Pump, then soft bash

It is frustrating to discuss EC, and it does not take much to pump it or bash it, such is the frustration of long term holders like me.  However, when I consider the powerful court ruling in our favor over Serra do Navio, with the court alluding to fraud committed against us, I realize two things: the company's plan to monetize non-core asserts, like SdN, remain viable (and hopefully quickly realized), and the exploration potential of Rio Zarza, and Valle de Tigre (our principal holdings in Ecuador) remain in place. That the company could not sell SdN- for what would have been a significant amount, and use the proceeds for exploration was not a result of managament games but of fraud committed against us. The plan remains, the potential remains, and now the courts stand by us. So, rather than bash or pump, I'll remain patient a little longer. I bought into EC because of the sucess of Aurelian- discovering a huge Gold deposit in a country without a history of large scale organized mining - on the border of Peru, a prolific producer of precious metals for centuries. In my view, same location, and geology. Aurelian proved this potential at Fruta de Norte. And yes, same frustrations for EC holders. But, at least now, the court decision gives me some clarity on the path EC can take to fund it's objectives. And reward my patience. Finally
