RE: RE: Guarantees and Predictions

RE: RE: Guarantees and Predictions

You believed that the JV agreement with XinXing was done last year, and the details were just being finalized. I told you the JV agreement was seriously delayed. I was right.

*

You believed management's promise that a feasibility study would be delivered in Q1. I guaranteed it would not be delivered in Q1. I was right and have nothing to apologize for.

*

AXI management's latest excuse is ludicrous. They commission a study that costs $10 to $20 million dollars, with numerous technical studies, they let Wardrop work 1 year on it. Then, in the quarter the report is due, AXI decides to change the production plan? Utterly ridiculous behavior. If this is really the excuse for the delay, this is management malpractice.

*

But it's not that, it's just a complicated excuse to buy more time. AXI just didn't have the cash or the time to get the report done by Q1.
